International Centre for Translational Eye Research / Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw seeks a Master-level researcher to join the Computational Genomics Group. The role covers wet-lab and computational work on intraocular tumours, combining multimodal sequencing with tissue studies under a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biology, biotechnology or related field.
• Hands-on wet-lab experience and familiarity with histological techniques.
• Experience with single-cell/spatial genomics and mice models.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vivo animal work and precise tissue dissection.
• Prepare tissues for spatial transcriptomic studies.
• Optimize multimodal analyses (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq) in single cells.
• Execute and interpret high-throughput single-cell profiling of intraocular tumours.
• Report progress at group meetings and prepare scientific papers.
