Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field, knowledge of analytical techniques, and fluency in Polish with English at least B1. Experience in a laboratory and commitment to safety are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical techniques.
• Laboratory work experience, preferably in the petroleum or chemical industry.
• Polish fluency (written and spoken) and basic English (B1).
• Knowledge of industry regulations and lab safety standards (advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physicochemical analyses of petroleum products, chemicals, and crude oil.
• Maintain and update laboratory documentation and compliance.
• Monitor and calibrate laboratory equipment for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe laboratory environment.
• Support implementation and validation of new research methods.
• Assist in proficiency testing programs.
• Operate in a shift-based schedule to ensure continuous operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in the field.
• Respect and protect company and client confidentiality.
• Demonstrate adaptability and commitment to operational excellence.
