Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or test automation experience.
• Strong C# coding skills.
• Design performance strategies and analysis of bottlenecks.
• Develop automation frameworks and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance quality: Design and execute performance strategies covering UI and API layers.
• Build scalable automation: Create test frameworks and scripts that simulate real-world usage.
• Turn data into insight: Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and help teams make data-driven decisions.
• Be part of the engineering flow: Embed performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable great environments: Shape test data strategies and ensure systems are observable and scalable.
• Elevate quality standards: Track KPIs and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Coach and collaborate: Review code and share best practices across teams.
• Own problems end-to-end: Triage issues and implement long-term fixes.
