Performance (Setting - up) Engineer
Lodz / permanent work
Possibility of remote work up to 300 km from Łódź

What You Will Do

• Setting timelines and leading the performance efforts.
• Designing and executing both business use‑cases under load and non‑functional.
• Preparing and configuring the testing environment on Cloud and On‑Prem.
• Assisting Developer/Support and customers with load tests.

What You Need

• 5 years of experience in software testing with proven previous experience in load/performance testing.
• Setting up the test lab/environment, from implementation to running, analyzing and sharing results.
• Experience in set‑ups/installations on Linux servers, Java application servers, databases etc.
• Experience with Load‑Runner / JMeter and monitoring tools.
• Experience in load testing of cloud systems.
