A leading technology and integration services provider in Łódź is seeking an Engineer for their Support Team. The role involves providing high-quality technical support and serving as the first line of assistance for customers. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of software engineering experience and two years in customer support. The position offers opportunities for remote work, technical training, and benefits such as private healthcare and a lunch subsidy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer support experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Knowledge of C language; C++/Java/Python are advantages.
• Knowledge of C language (C++/Java/python – are an advantage).
• Experience with embedded OS development (e.g. QNX/Linux/Android).

What You Will Do :

• Being the first line of support for the customer
• Providing high quality technical support via phone, e-mail and on-site to customers

What You Need :

• At least 2 years of customer support experience

• Knowledge of C language (C++/Java/python – are an advantage)
