Overview

Our Digital Customer Engagement & Digital Excellence division plays a key role in this transformation, aiming to connect with people earlier in their allergy journey through omnichannel campaigns, digital tools, and strategic partnerships such as telehealth and in-pharmacy services.

To support this mission, we are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing global Digital Marketing team in Krakow.

Your role

As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Working in close collaboration with creative teams, media planners, and fellow digital marketers, your work will directly contribute to the visibility and effectiveness of ALK’s digital initiatives globally.

You will report to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing & Digital Product, and be part of a high-impact team focused on driving measurable marketing outcomes and innovative digital strategies.

Main responsibilities
  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Track pacing, budget spend, and campaign KPIs while proactively identifying risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with media planners on campaign targeting, messaging, and platform selection.
  • Align campaign execution with global digital strategy across markets.
  • Report performance metrics, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support ongoing testing initiatives including A/B testing and new ad formats.
  • Present learnings and campaign results in clear and insightful formats.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager (Google Ads experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience running A/B tests and implementing optimization techniques.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into performance improvements.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, B2B, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new trends in digital marketing.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative and constructive approach.
  • Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
