About the job:

People Partners at Electrolux Group partner with People Managers to achieve business objectives by coaching capability and deploying tactical people-related activities in the location. They coach managers to engage employees in line with the organization’s values, strategy, and objectives. They also support employee development and local HR practices, working across HR topics and broader project initiatives to enable contributions that impact business success. Overall, People Partners provide expertise on people and talent management, supporting organizational development and business objectives.

This is a temporary position for about 18-24 months (maternity cover).

What you'll do:

As People Partner - East, you will coach managers, lead on People insights, and inform business decisions. You will work on complex People topics, advise leadership on engagement, teamship, and leadership development, and operationalize change during transformation programs. You will execute the compensation strategy, coach leaders on compensation practices, and use data insights to prioritize talent needs. You will also advise employees and leaders on HR topics and represent the People function in local forums.

Reporting to: Regional People Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with Managers, HR peers, and business leaders across CA East countries and the 'Glocal' matrix (including Poland, Adriatics, Greece, Baltics, Ukraine, etc.).

  • Regional / Local Priorities: Collaborate with HR leadership to align people strategies with business priorities across the 'Glocal' matrix.

  • People Plan: Deploy HR activities aligned with the HR strategy.

  • Workforce Planning: Execute activities based on the people plan.

  • Organization Development: Implement initiatives as per the people plan.

  • Capability Deployment: Coach leaders and develop local capabilities.

  • Transformation & Change Management: Operationalize change plans.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Advise on engagement, teamwork, and leadership growth.

  • Compensation Strategy: Implement and advise on compensation practices.

  • People Advisory: Provide expertise on HR topics and represent the People function locally.

  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop programs including D&I and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Labor Law & Compliance: Liaise with legal on regulations and advise managers on employee relations.

  • Ethics & Discipline: Address employee relations issues and improve employee experience.

  • Talent & Performance Management: Guide talent initiatives and performance improvement.

  • People Analytics: Use data to inform programs and decisions.

  • Networking & Knowledge Sharing: Engage with peers to share best practices and support regional projects for standardization and HR optimization.

Where you'll be:

You will be based in our Warsaw Office or another Electrolux office in Poland.
