Job summary

Capgemini Poland is looking for a Pega Senior Business Architect to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions. You will support process design, contribute to backlog refinement, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure needs are met.

You will promote Pega best practices and drive business outcomes. As Capgemini we work on digital transformation projects across industries, focusing on large European clients.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in business analysis and design with Pega Infinity Platform.
• Hands-on Pega Infinity Platform configuration experience.
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.
• Experience writing user stories and creating functional documentation for complex processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and needs into tailored Pega designs based on Pega Infinity Platform.
• Advise the client on best practices and usage scenarios.
• Cooperate with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA and CSA).
• Ensure solutions meet high standards and leverage latest Pega capabilities.
