Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a PC-12 Captain to lead safe, efficient European private aviation operations from Warsaw, coordinating with your crew to deliver top-tier service. You will plan and execute flights across Europe, maintain high standards of airmanship, CRM, and compliance, while adapting to dynamic schedules and frequent missions.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) license.
• IR current and Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours and 1,000+ on turboprops (PC-12 preferred).
• Solid knowledge of EASA and ICAO regulations.
• ICAO English Level 4+ (speaking and writing).
• Excellent CRM, leadership, and team communication skills.
• Availability for frequent European flights and willingness to work a 10/10 roster.

What You’ll Bring
