Roche in Warsaw is seeking a Payroll, Time and Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate employee services. You will support payroll data, tax, social insurance and contracts, collaborating with HR and external vendors.

The role requires 1–2 years in payroll, fluency in Polish and English, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach within a global matrix organization. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll data maintenance and administrative tasks across payroll, tax, social insurance, benefits and contracts.
• Provide advisory support and customer service for pay and time inquiries.
• Manage mass upload files and data reconciliation between systems and vendors.
• Monitor system integrations to ensure timely processing of pay and benefits.
• Build partnerships with P&C colleagues and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
• Support system maintenance and document processes; drive process improvements.

We are currently seeking a Payroll, Time, and Benefits Specialist to ensure the precise execution of our essential employee services.

The Opportunity:

Support system data maintenance and administrative tasks across payroll, tax, social insurance, benefits and civil law contracts to ensure total compliance and accuracy.

Provide advisory support and customer service for pay and time inquiries, resolving complex requests and system errors.

Manage mass upload files and reconcile data flows between Workday and external vendors to maintain payroll integrity.

Monitor and resolve system integration issues to guarantee the timely processing of pay and benefits.

Build strategic partnerships with P&C colleagues and stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and cross-functional support.

Support P&C Chapters with system maintenance while developing and enhancing technical process documentation.

Drive continuous process improvements and participate in project-based initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Who you are:

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, ideally within a shared service center, with a solid grasp of payroll cycles, tax, and social insurance regulations.
• Fluency in Polish and English, with the communication skills necessary to provide seamless support and collaborate effectively across global regions.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, specifically with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's, paired with a sharp analytical mind and a commitment to data accuracy.
• A self-starting mindset capable of navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and taking full ownership of multiple priorities and project-based initiatives.
• A collaborative approach to working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams HR generalist knowledge is an advantage.
