Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Grants Specialist to support our sponsor-dedicated model and drive high-quality grant outcomes across clinical programmes. You will manage the full grant lifecycle, identify funding opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance and report on activities to advance patient-focused research worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public administration).

Grants Specialist

At ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise.

As a Grants Specialist at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing the grant application process from start to finish.
• Researching and identifying grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and values.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines.
• Tracking and reporting on grant activities and outcomes.

Your Profile

You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
