Framna ApS is building a next-generation, passwordless authentication platform using biometrics to secure digital identities. You will work with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, taking end-to-end ownership of complex backend challenges. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building digital products as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, with the ability to guide technical decisions and best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Confidence working across the stack, shaping solutions, and taking end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges.
• Experience using AI tools effectively across coding, testing, documentation, and team collaboration, with the ability to critically evaluate their output and guide adoption within the team.
• In-depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and technology selection.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern web communication patterns, with the ability to make informed architectural decisions.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and align stakeholders on technical decisions.
