Overview

The Metaplex Protocol is a decentralized platform that powers the digital asset economy on Solana and the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). It offers tools and standards for developers, creators and businesses to build decentralized applications. Known for powering digital assets including NFTs, fungible tokens, RWAs, gaming assets, DePIN assets and more, Metaplex’s footprint across Solana is truly ubiquitous. Virtually every digital asset on Solana is created using the Metaplex protocol. Metaplex’s newest product offering, Genesis, is a suite of smart contracts, protocol tooling, and support services that powers the highest profile Token Generation Events (TGEs) on Solana & the SVM.

The Metaplex Foundation is looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to ensure the success of our customers before, during, and after their token launches. You’ll act as both a relationship manager and execution driver, ensuring partners achieve strong outcomes by quarterbacking a cross-functional support model.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Genesis customers, managing day-to-day communications, answering questions, and ensuring they have the support needed throughout the launch process.
  • Onboarding & Execution: Drive the cross-functional execution model across BD, product, marketing, and legal to deliver smooth partner onboarding and successful token launches.
  • Partner Network Coordination: Identify opportunities to grow the Genesis partner ecosystem and facilitate introductions to drive co-marketing, liquidity, and growth synergies for Genesis projects.
  • Customer Success Program: Build and scale a structured customer success model for Genesis, including onboarding playbooks, cross functional support models, and reporting standards.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Liaise between partnerships and marketing teams to deliver co-marketing campaigns, spotlight content, and event support for Genesis partners.
  • BD Support: Support the BD team in identifying and onboarding high value Genesis customers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success, business development, sales, or partnership management in Web3 or related industries
  • Demonstrated track record of developing cross-functional operational models that drive demonstrable results
  • Ability to quarterback fast-paced, complex cross-functional workstreams and own the aggregate output
  • Proven skill in managing complex, multifaceted relationships and representing the organization with excellence
  • Ability to switch between multiple contexts fluidly
  • Deep passion for crypto and blockchain technology, preferably with an interest in Solana
  • Team player that’s comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while wearing many different hats
  • Strong skills in data analysis, sales enablement, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Location: Remote

Compensation and benefits: The base compensation range for this role is $115,000-$150,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Metaplex Foundation’s token incentive plan. Final offer amount will be at the Metaplex Foundation’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
