Role

Moneturn is expanding its Performance Marketing operation, and as our team grows, we’re looking for a talented individual to join us and help drive our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to our Head of PPC, this role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and eager to get hands-on with the full marketing mix.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and play a key role in shaping our growth journey within the iGaming and Sweepstakes space.

Key Accountabilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta Ads and additional social platforms.
  • Lead full-cycle campaign execution across multiple paid media channels with varying goals and KPIs.
  • Develop effective media buying strategies and design A/B testing plans to drive performance.
  • Build and maintain KPIs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple verticals.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve results.
  • Produce detailed performance and post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Apply a deep understanding of user journeys to implement full-funnel marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital advertising role
  • An advanced level Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge and extensive experience within the iGaming or Sweepstakes casino industry
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Analytical, numerate and commercially minded
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing substantial ad budgets.
