Job summary

BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Polska prowadzi staż związany z analizą procesów i automatyzacją w dziedzinie RPA. Kandydat będzie prowadzić wywiady z interesariuszami, tworzyć dokumenty opisujące procesy and mapy przepływu pracy, a także uczestniczyć w UAT i utrzymaniu Jira/Confluence.

Wymagane jest studiowanie na kierunkach biznesowych/IT, bardzo dobra znajomość angielskiego oraz umiejętność pracy z Excel i Power BI.

Qualifications

• Obecnie studia w zakresie Administracji biznesu, IT, Inżynierii przemysłowej, Informatyki biznesowej lub pokrewnego z co najmniej 9 miesiącami studiowania i dostępnością co najmniej 30 godz./tydzień.
• Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim (pisemne i ustne) i pewność prowadzenia spotkań oraz wyciągania wymagań.
• Dobra znajomość Excela i Power BI.
• Doskonałe myślenie logiczne i umiejętność rozkładania procesów na proste kroki.

Responsibilities

• Przeprowadzanie wywiadów z interesariuszami w celu uchwycenia i analizy procesów biznesowych (As-Is).
• Tworzenie dokumentów definicji procesów z jasno opisanymi krokami, regułami i wyjątkami.
• Tworzenie map procesów i diagramów za pomocą narzędzi (Visio/Miro/Signavio) dla programistów.
• Planowanie i prowadzenie testów UAT, opracowywanie scenariuszy testowych, raportowanie wyników i śledzenie błędów.
• Utrzymanie pipeline projektu w Jira/Confluence, dokumentowanie kamieni milowych i blokad technicznych.
• Generowanie raportów wydajności dla wdrożonych botów i oszczędności czasu/kosztów.

• Independently interview business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document \'As-Is\' business processes;
• Author comprehensive Process Definition Documents that clearly outline step-by-step keystroke-level actions, business rules, exception paths, and the proposed \'To-Be\' automated workflow;
• Create clear, standardized process maps and flowcharts (using tools like Visio, Miro, or Signavio) to guide developers;
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. You will draft test cases, guide business users through testing, document test results, and manage the bug-tracking lifecycle;
• Actively maintain our project pipeline in Jira/Confluence, ensuring milestones, technical roadblocks, and status updates are documented and visible to the team;
• Generate performance reports for newly deployed bots, tracking transaction success rates and compiling actual time/cost savings for business sponsors.

Key Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a minimum of 9 months student and with availability of at least 30 hours per week;
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to host meetings and extract requirements from business stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
• Excellent logical thinking with the ability to break down complex processes into simple, sequential steps;
• Ability to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and take ownership of tasks with minimal day-to-day supervision once trained;
• Comfort learning new technologies and software quickly. Prior experience with workflow modeling tools or basic understanding of programming logic is highly valued.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism);
• Familiarity with Agile framework principles (Scrum/Kanban);
• Knowledge of standard process modeling notations like BPMN.
