Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking a senior technical delivery lead for Packet Core projects, owning delivery across the lifecycle and coordinating cross-functional teams with customers and stakeholders.

You will work with 4G/5G Core tech (MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF), 3GPP standards, release management, and drive improvements. Hybrid work model with modern office and home office package provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership or project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Packet Core networks and end-to-end service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with 4G/5G Core technologies and related call flows.
• Understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, and SW lifecycle management.
• Experience with deployment, integration, upgrades, testing and migration projects.

Your role

Take ownership of the technical delivery of Packet Core projects, ensuring successful deployment, integration, upgrades, and acceptance activities. You will coordinate technical teams, drive delivery excellence, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and project stakeholders.

Your profile

• Experience in technical leadership or project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Packet Core networks and end-to-end service delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with 4G/5G Core technologies, including MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, and NSSF.
• Good understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, protocols, and call flows.
• Experience with network deployment, integration, software upgrades, testing, and migration projects.
• Familiarity with release management, compatibility assessments, and SW lifecycle management.
• Experience working with technical escalations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools, cloud-native core networks, and Project Management certifications.
