Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Packet Core Delivery Lead to own the technical delivery of telecom projects, ensuring successful deployment, integration, upgrades, and acceptance. You will coordinate technical teams, drive delivery excellence, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.

You will lead 4G/5G core projects, oversee risk management, and collaborate with R&D and Product Management to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership or project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Packet Core networks and end-to-end service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with 4G/5G Core technologies, including MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, and NSSF.
• Good understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, protocols, and call flows.
• Experience with network deployment, integration, software upgrades, testing, and migration projects.
• Familiarity with release management, compatibility assessments, and SW lifecycle management.
• Experience working with technical escalations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with automation tools, cloud-native core networks, and Project Management certifications.
