Job summary

T Hub, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, seeks a System Engineer Packet Core to develop advanced solutions for expanding and operating telecom infrastructure, including 5G-Sa. You will prepare procedures for full service lifecycle and act as a key contact for planning, integration and troubleshooting.

You will oversee complex projects, define automation strategies, and focus on cloud-native Packet Core deployment. Collaboration with operations to improve processes and support digitization.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or comparable qualification with several years of Telco experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Packet Data Core systems.
• Excellent understanding of ePC and 5GC architecture, interfaces and call flows.
• Long-standing experience in 2nd or 3rd-level support in Mobile Packet Core systems.
• Strong collaboration in both classical and agile work models.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, QA, planning, implementation and maintenance of product releases.
• Develop strategies for automated planning, integration and delivery across projects.
• Focus on cloud-native Packet Core deployment and automation frameworks.
• Elaborate new deployment strategies and disaster-recovery concepts.
• Collaborate with operations to deploy solutions and improve process efficiency.
