We are looking for a Packaged Gases Plant Manager in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver safe and efficient production of technical, food, and medical gases, compliant with local laws, international quality standards, and Air Products standards, including ISO 9001:2015.
  2. Provide Safety and EH&S leadership, maintaining high safety standards at the Warsaw facility; support from the EH&S team will be provided.
  3. Coordinate production tasks and supervise reporting documents in SAP and ERP systems.
  4. Manage inventory accuracy for bottles and materials, ensuring quality and handling complaints.
  5. Oversee production of medical oxygen to meet GMP standards.
  6. Focus on customer service and reliable production operations.
  7. Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 employees, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
  8. Achieve operational KPIs.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Air Products.
  10. Handle customer issues related to safety, maintenance, and reports.
  11. Engage with authorities and third parties for inspections, environmental compliance, insurance, and contractor management.
  12. Maintain stand-by and on-call duties as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluency in Polish and English.
  2. Experience leading a team in an operational or production environment.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in a chemical or technical field.
  4. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Strong influencing skills and understanding of business functions.
  6. Proven leadership qualities.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Strong safety attitude.
  9. Ability to prioritize under pressure.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
  11. Driving license.
