Job summary

Capgemini Poland seeks an Executive Director for P2P (Payables) Business Transformation to lead finance transformation programs across end-to-end processes such as Invoice to Pay, Master Data, Travel & Expenses and Query Management.

You will shape transformation stories, sell projects, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver ERP/Platform and RPA implementations, leveraging Capgemini's assets and methods to drive value for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in finance transformation and process design.
• Experience with AP, MDM, T&E and query management in GBS/SSC/BPO.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects end-to-end in an advisory role.
• Sell and deliver projects including target operating model, ERP/Platform, RPA and transition.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders and steer transformation agendas.
• Recommend technology improvements and leverage Capgemini assets.

Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Select your locationSelect your locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Gdańsk, Lublin, Warszawa, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Kraków# P2P (Payables) Business Transformation Director## **YOUR TASKS*** Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers in the successful development and delivery of the project deliverables.* Sell & deliver projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process, and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar.* Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey.* Interact with the corresponding Client senior stakeholders and collaborate with the Client to complete the assigned deliverables & drive transformation agenda.* Keep abreast of technology technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest technology-related improvements within the given area of expertise.* Build knowledge and understanding of our market-leading assets and methods.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 12 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within finance (Accounts Payable [Invoice to Pay], Master Data Management, Travel and Expenses, Query Management) with very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.* Proven evidence of leading transformation projects across finance and accounting streams, with full end-to-end accountability for the project deliverables, team, timeline & budget.* Ability to shape transformation story & sell transformation projects leveraging available offers & products.* Experience and awareness of RFI/RFP process, negotiations skills, executive presence & managing senior stakeholders.* High level of consulting skills including hypothesis driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection & diagnostics, storytelling & storyboarding.* Experience in leading roles & positions on project type of work/assignments, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings).* Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.* Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of Payables technologies (Instream, Kofax, Read soft, Basware, Comarch, eInvoicing solutions) but also technology from upstream processes including Ariba, Coupa or any other.* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.* **Practical benefits:** company car, yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.* **Award-** to **winning** **development programs**support your career at every stage.
