Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a P2P Finance Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end P2P process transformation using MS Dynamics 365. You will support finance clients with best practices, design test strategies, and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in finance transformation, strong data analytics, and excellent communication skills in English. Hybrid work in Katowice/Wrocław with 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

As part of our EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Practice, you will have an exciting opportunity to support our clients in transforming their finance processes. This role focuses on MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects and end‑to‑end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process transformation. You will provide industry best practices and thought leadership, ensuring the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Furthermore, you will support us in proposals for clients, enhancing our service offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Finance Process Transformation: Lead and support clients in improving and transforming P2P processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• MS Dynamics 365: Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive efficient transformation and transition. Responsibilities include designing and executing test strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams (business analysts, project managers, technical teams), and supporting solution design.
• Client Proposals: Support go‑to‑market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
• Communication and Presentation: Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, articulating the benefits and outcomes of finance transformation initiatives. Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, clearly communicating them to stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Finance Process Expertise: Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes.
• MS Dynamics 365 Experience: Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ideally including system configuration understanding or hands‑on key user experience.
• Finance Transformation Knowledge: Familiarity with leading practices in finance process optimization and transformation.
• Client Engagement: Ability to work directly with clients, offer strategic insights, and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Language Skills: Proficiency in German or French.
• Experience in other finance domains such as O2C or R2R.
