Britt Medical Search invites board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our outpatient team just outside Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a 100% outpatient, hospital-employed position with a well-established clinic and a strong interdisciplinary support network.

You will collaborate with experienced PCPs, specialists, and APPs, with in-network access to subspecialty and tertiary care. The role emphasizes comprehensive, continuous care and a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physicians for Internal Medicine.
• Residency training in the United States required.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care.
• Collaborate with a team of PCPs, specialists and APPs.
• Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
• No ER call responsibilities; participate in on-site team care.
