Requirements
- Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
- Experience in OtC domain
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to contact customers by phone
- Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
Responsibilities
- Manage collection activities:
- Be responsible for managing and collecting debt
- Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
- Contact customers by phone and email
- Build relationship with external customers
- Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
- Collaborate with clients, customers, and other departments
