Responsibilities
  • Manage collection activities:
  • Be responsible for managing and collecting debt
  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
  • Contact customers by phone and email
  • Build relationship with external customers
  • Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
  • Collaborate with clients, customers, and other departments
