Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is offering a 3-month Finance Internship within the Global Electrolux Talent (GET) program. The part-time role (20 hours per week) is paid at 30 PLN per hour and designed for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in Finance Operations within a global organization.

You will support freight re-invoicing activities, interact with international stakeholders, and learn practical financial and logistics processes in a dynamic Shared Services

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process freight re-invoicing transactions accurately and on time.
• Issue freight invoices and distribute supporting documentation to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor automated invoice and document distribution processes.
• Manage incoming correspondence and documentation through dedicated mailboxes.
• Review shipping and billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support the team in investigating and resolving documentation or invoicing discrepancies.
• Assist with operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
