Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced IT/OT Security Governance lead for the EMEIA region. You will drive transformation and governance of IT/OT security practices, partnering with OT, IT and security teams on strategic programmes.

The role offers access to OT/IoT labs, EY.AI initiatives, and a hybrid working model within EY's global security hub, with opportunities to shape innovative security solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/OT service management, org transform, security governance or security operations.
• 5+ years of PM experience in IT/OT projects.
• Knowledge of security governance trends and OT/ICS operating models.
• Understanding of enterprise IT service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in security governance and target IT/OT operating models.
• Manage security transformation by organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT, Security, and IT.
• Establish and improve client cybersecurity operations for industrial control systems.
• Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in governance and operating models.

Join our IoT/OT Security HUB for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region. The role will provide IT/OT Security organization transformation and governance to the existing OT security practice. It will play a direct role in supporting strategic industrial (OT) Security programmes and cybersecurity governance and operating model transformation initiatives.

Your scope of duties

• Actively participate and lead projects in the area of security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models;
• Manage security transformation projects by designing and implementing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT (Automation/Engineering), Security and IT teams;
• Establish and improve client’s cybersecurity operations in the area of industrial control systems;
• Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in the area of security operations, governance and target operating models;
• Support for business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients;

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in positions related to IT/OT service management, organization transformation, security governance and/or security operations;
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in projects realted to IT/OT;
• Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security governance and operating models (understanding of OT/ICS operating models is an advantage);
• Understanding of Service Management concepts in enterprise IT and/or security.
