Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive in Kraków is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to uphold Polish occupational safety standards and promote staff well-being. You will conduct risk assessments, coordinate mandatory training, and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure flawless compliance.

Ideal candidates have proven OSH experience, strong knowledge of Polish labor law, and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records and audits.

Qualifications

• Higher education or post-graduate certificate in BHP/OSH (Rozporzędzenie MEN 2004).
• Proven experience in an OSH role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and BHP regulations.
• Proficiency in Polish; English is a plus.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Polish occupational health and safety regulations.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver OSH training for new hires and refreshers.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses; prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate medical examinations (initial, periodic, follow-up).
• Liaise with PIP, Sanepid, and other authorities for compliance.
• Maintain OSH records and internal audit schedules.
• Advise management on safety improvements and legal updates.
