Job summary

Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Manufacturing Implementation SME to lead end-to-end SCM and manufacturing module implementations in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires strong functional leadership across procurement, inventory, order management, and manufacturing execution with Polish-speaking stakeholders.

This is a hybrid, 6+ months contract. Candidates should have 2–3 full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM implementations, experience with CRP/UAT/GoLive, data migration, and

Qualifications

• Lead SCM and manufacturing module implementations across procurement, inventory, and order management.
• Engage with Polish-speaking stakeholders; strong functional leadership.
• Full lifecycle implementations: CRP, UAT, Cutover, GoLive; RICEFW coordination.
• Polish language proficiency (spoken & written); English communication.
• 2–3 full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM implementations.
• Discrete manufacturing or asset-intensive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for Oracle EBS R12 SCM across modules (Purchasing, Inventory, OM, BOM, WIP).
• Coordinate RICEFW items, data migration, and integrations with external systems.
• Conduct business workshops and design functional solutions; prepare documentation.

• Looking for an experienced Oracle R12 Supply Chain Manufacturing Implementation SME to lead SCM and manufacturing module implementations.
• The role requires strong functional leadership across procurement, inventory, order management, and manufacturing execution, including engagement with Polish speaking stakeholders.

Key Skills

• Oracle SCM, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM) Manufacturing BOM, WIP, Cost Management End to end P2P, O2C, and Manufacturing process flows, Item structures, inventory costing, procurement approvals Full lifecycle implementation (CRP UAT Cutover GoLive) RICEFW coordination, integrations, and data migration Business workshops, solution design, functional documentation.
• Must Have 2 to 3 plus fullcycle Oracle R12 SCM Manufacturing implementations.
• Strong functional lead SME experience (not support only).
• Polish language proficiency (spoken written business level).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good to Have R 12 upgrades (12.1 12.2) Oracle Fusion SCM exposure.
• Discrete manufacturing or asset intensive industry experience.
