Job summary

Belvedere in Warsaw seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R12 SCM Implementation Lead to drive full lifecycle ERP projects. You will own functional design across procurement, inventory, order management and manufacturing, coordinating data migration and RICEFW while leading cross-functional teams and engaging Polish-speaking business users.

The role requires 10-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, a track record of multi-project leadership, and fluent Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (12.1/12.2).
• 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM/Manufacturing implementations.
• Strong functional expertise across Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management.
• Deep knowledge of BOM, WIP and Cost Management.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P, O2C and manufacturing processes.
• R12 upgrades (12.1 to 12.2) advantageous.
• Polish language proficiency (spoken/written) and strong English communication.
• Functional lead or SME experience (not support-focused).
• Experience coordinating integrations, data migration and RICEFW activities.

Our client is an established organisation seeking an experienced Oracle EBS professional to lead critical supply chain and manufacturing implementations. They operate in an environment where strong technical expertise meets collaborative stakeholder engagement, requiring both deep functional knowledge and excellent communication skills across diverse teams.

They are looking for an Oracle R12 Supply Chain Manufacturing Implementation Lead to join their team in Warsaw. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise across full implementation lifecycles, working with cross-functional teams and Polish-speaking business users.

Position Overview

As the Implementation Lead, you'll take functional ownership of Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing modules, guiding implementations from initial business workshops through to successful go-live. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design solutions across procurement, inventory, order management and manufacturing execution, while coordinating integrations, data migration and RICEFW activities. Your role will be central to delivering robust, business-aligned ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing module implementations

• Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements from Polish and English-speaking stakeholders

• Design functional solutions across Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, WIP and Cost Management

• Configure P2P, O2C and manufacturing process flows including item structures and procurement approvals

• Coordinate RICEFW development, system integrations and data migration activities

• Guide teams through CRP, UAT, cutover and go-live phases

• Produce solution design documentation and functional specifications

• Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 10-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (versions 12.1 and 12.2)

• Proven track record of 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing implementations

• Strong functional expertise across Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM)

• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP and Cost Management

• Experience with end-to-end P2P, O2C and manufacturing process flows

• Expertise in item structures, inventory costing and procurement approvals

• Functional lead or SME experience (not support-focused roles)

• Business proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience coordinating integrations, data migration and RICEFW activities

• Ability to facilitate workshops and produce functional documentation

• R12 upgrades experience (12.1 to 12.2) is advantageous

• Oracle Fusion SCM exposure is beneficial

• Discrete manufacturing or asset-intensive industry background is desirable
