Operations Manager (HV) — Nationwide, Company Based in the North East

Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Pension + Progression + Flexible Hours

Do you want to join the leadership team of a rapidly expanding company, taking a pivotal role as they expand into the High Voltage sector?

The Role

• Cradle-to-grave management of HV projects
• Ownership and management of key client relationships
• Giving direction and support to Project Managers, Engineers and Commercial Managers
• End-to-end project delivery and acting as the key client liaison from early discussions through to completion
• Leading multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, commercials and contracts, while ensuring alignment across departments and maintaining high client satisfaction

• Experience of managing a field-based team
