LBC Mortgage is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and optimize internal processes. The role requires strong U.S. business experience and mortgage industry familiarity, with the ability to manage multiple departments and drive KPI-based performance.

The candidate will strategize and execute, building scalable processes and SOPs, while collaborating with leadership to deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong experience working in the U.S. business environment.
• Experience in mortgage or financial services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, KPIs, and process improvement.

About LBC Mortgage

LBC Mortgage is a growing mortgage brokerage focused on providing financing solutions across Conventional, FHA, Non-QM, DSCR, Hard Money, and other mortgage products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, improve internal processes, and ensure our teams work efficiently and effectively.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager with strong U.S. business experience. Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate understands how U.S. companies operate, can manage multiple departments and workflows, and is comfortable building processes, setting KPIs, solving operational issues, and holding teams accountable.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who can both strategize and execute.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs
• Coordinate workflows between Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Marketing, and other departments
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve overall performance
• Establish clear procedures, responsibilities, and accountability across departments
• Manage and optimize internal systems, tools, and workflows
• Work closely with company leadership on operational strategy and execution
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure issues are resolved quickly
• Support department managers and team leads in achieving company goals
• Help develop and implement new company initiatives and projects
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management when needed
• Improve communication and collaboration between departments
• Help create a scalable operational structure to support company growth
• Take ownership of operational problems and drive them to resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role
• Strong experience working in the U.S. business environment
• Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of mortgage operations, loan origination, processing, or brokerage workflows is a major plus
• Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational processes
• Comfortable working with CRMs, business software, and technology
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a mortgage brokerage, lender, financial services company, or real estate-related business
• Knowledge of U.S. mortgage processes and terminology
• Experience working with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams
• Experience with CRM and workflow management systems
• Experience implementing automation and AI-powered business tools
• Experience managing remote and on-site teams
• Experience in a fast-growing company or startup environment
