Citi in Warsaw invites high-potential graduates to join the Undergraduate Management Development Program. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Operations, supporting process improvement, data analytics, and digitalization to enhance client experience and reduce risk.

Selected candidates will work with experienced managers, receive structured mentorship, and participate in ongoing training as you develop essential analytical and leadership capabilities in a dynamic financial services
