Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than five years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of operational and technology risk and regulatory trends.
• Risk, Compliance, and Audit competencies.
• Understanding of the bank's operations, products, and risks.
• Strong business acumen and credibility.
• Experience with process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Applicable certifications (CPA, CIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing within IRRA framework.
• Collaborate with business lines and risk teams to evaluate controls.
• Identify control and process weaknesses and recommend mitigations.
• Communicate testing results to ORR Lead Analyst/Manager.
• Escalate significant risks as appropriate.
