Responsibilities
- Analyzing and monitoring compliance of the codification of banking processes, the correctness of risk assignments, and relevant periodic controls or other non-systemic mitigants for Global Banking Technologies and Operations (“GBTO”);
- Creating and codifying controls related to risks generated by activities and processes in operational systems according to Group’s methodology and evolution of the control plan;
- Monitoring KPIs related to operational risk;
- Monitoring Second and Third Line of Defense recommendations;
- Monitoring and reporting operational incidents and related action plans;
- Controlling the quality and completeness of data used in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and preparing reports for GBTO management, information, and analyses concerning the supervised issues.
Profile required
- Economic university degree;
- At least 1 year of experience in operational risk, internal audit, or related control departments;
- Knowledge of banking sector risk solutions and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk;
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage;
- High analytical skills;
- Skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good organizational skills, proactive attitude, and drive to minimize risks and improve processes;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to work under time pressure.
