Umicore Group seeks an experienced Operational Excellence professional to lead the site’s OE roadmap, drive continuous improvement and develop capabilities across the organization. You will mentor teams, implement 5S/TPM/LSS, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver measurable gains in cost, quality and lead time.

You will advance Industry 4.0 initiatives, leverage Power BI and Azure tools, and ensure alignment with RBM standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in an operational role in an industrial environment.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operational excellence role.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset.
Project management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience with Industry 4.0 and tools like PI, Azure, Power BI is a strong asset.
Experience in an intercultural environment.

Responsabilités

Define and implement the site’s Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with RBM strategy.
Drive OE tools and capability development across the site (5S, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, RCA, LPA).
Monitor and report KPI progress and ensure performance deployment across departments.
Lead key OE projects delivering improvements in cost, quality, and lead time.
Standardize best practices across the site and promote sharing across the organization.
Manage corrective actions and risk improvements via ACCE cards and incidents.
Support integration with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems.
