Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Finance & Accounting specialist to contribute to operational controlling activities and ensure accurate month-end close in a Polish-based role. You will work with SAP FI/CO, reporting tools, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial data.

Responsibilities include preparing daily reports, maintaining master data, supporting CAPEX transfers, and performing ad hoc analyses as part of a structured process. Fluency in German and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Practical user knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports including sales, inventories, overhead costs, productivity metrics, and KPIs.
• Maintain FI and CO master data in line with established procedures.
• Maintain the plant cost center structure according to organizational changes.
• Prepare standardized reports and analyses, including scrap and cost-related reports.
• Support the processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SRM.
• Review invoices not generated and monitor vendor master data changes.
• Transfer CAPEX requests from Excel into the company's system.
• Perform lot-size calculations and determine transfer prices according to company policies.
• Support month-end closing activities, including personnel and productivity reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc financial and operational analyses.
