Job summary

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. poszukuje specjalisty ds. operacyjnych na stanowisko Change & Continuous Improvement Manager w Poznaniu. Zakres obejmuje definicję wymagań biznesowych, koordynację testów i wdrożeń oraz doskonalenie procesów w sklepach i punktach terenowych.

Wymagamy minimum 3 lat doświadczenia w retail, znajomości metodologii zarządzania projektami i komunikatywności. Certyfikacja PRINCE2 oraz znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min B2 będą atutem.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie co najmniej licencjat.
• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w handlu detalicznym.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami i prowadzeniu inicjatyw między funkcjami.
• Dobre zrozumienie operacji detalicznych, procesów sklepowych i systemów operacyjnych.
• Umiejętność zbierania wymagań biznesowych i tłumaczenia ich na praktyczne rozwiązania.
• Certyfikacja PRINCE2 będzie dużym atutem.
• Znajomość angielskiego na poziomie min. B2 (pisemnie i ustnie).

Responsibilities

• Definiowanie wymagań biznesowych dla projektów operacyjnych sklepów i procesów terenowych.
• Gromadzenie, ocenianie i zatwierdzanie wymagań biznesowych.
• Przygotowywanie dokumentacji biznesowej, proponowanie usprawnień procesów i walidacja korzyści.
• Koordynacja testów, szkoleń, pilotaży i wdrożeń z zapewnieniem zasobów operacyjnych.
• Identyfikowanie i rekomendowanie nowych technologii do poprawy operacji sklepów i terenów.
• Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i przygotowywanie benchmarków.

Operation Change and Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Poznań, wielkopolskie, PL, 60-479

Key Responsibilities

• Leading business requirements definition for projects related to store operations and field processes.
• Gathering, evaluating, and approving business requirements to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Preparing business documentation, proposing process improvements, and validating expected business benefits.
• Coordinating testing, training, pilot programs, and rollouts by securing the necessary operational resources.
• Identifying, evaluating, and recommending new technologies to improve store and field operations.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor solutions, preparing benchmarks, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Overseeing testing of store and field systems, approving test scenarios, and monitoring production quality.
• Representing the Operations function in cross-functional projects, workshops, and implementation initiatives.
• Supporting new country openings by validating local operational requirements, approving exceptions where required, and coordinating store systems training.
• Collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
• Building strong relationships across departments, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and smooth change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail environment.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store processes, and operational systems.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Experience coordinating system testing, implementation, and change management activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• PRINCE2 or another recognized Project Management certification is a strong advantage.
• English at a minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
