Job summary

E-Solutions is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to manage and support OpenShift clusters in Poland. You will monitor health, performance, and availability, and troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, storage, and deployment issues.

The role includes upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, security, backups, and on-call support. Occasional onsite presence is required, approximately once per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in OpenShift administration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms.
• Experience with OpenShift, oc, kubectl, YAML, RBAC, SCC, Operators, Namespaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, storage, and deployment issues.

• Maintain security, backups, and operational documentation.
• Support incident management and on-call activities.

Job description

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) administration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms.
• Experience with OpenShift, oc, kubectl, YAML, RBAC, SCC, Operators, Namespaces.
• Strong Linux/RHCOS administration skills.
• OpenShift upgrades, patching, and certificate management.
• Networking knowledge (DNS, Ingress, Routes, Load Balancers).
• Storage experience (PV, PVC, CSI, NFS, iSCSI).
• VMware-based OpenShift support.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana.
• Bash/Shell scripting and basic CI/CD knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, storage, and deployment issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery support.
