Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher - required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups concurrently.
• Strong research skills and the ability to find relevant information independently.
• Clear and professional written communication.
• Confidence communicating with creators, influencers, models, and external partners.
• Proactive approach to identify missing or delayed elements and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Creator & Influencer Collaboration: research, contact, and manage day-to-day communication with creators and influencers.
• Photo & Video Content Review: verify materials meet requirements and brand standards, track revisions.
• Marketing Content Quality Control: review copies, links, images, formatting, and product information before publication.
• Research: conduct market and creator research, organize findings clearly.
• Photoshoot Support: assist with planning, scheduling, and logistics of shoots.
• Content & File Management: maintain organized asset libraries and trackers; ensure latest versions are used.
• General project coordination to keep tasks organized, accurate, and moving forward.
