Job summary

Adecco Consulting is recruiting for a Project Engineer (CAPEX Projects) in Wroclaw, Poland. This on-site role supports capital projects with cross-functional coordination across Fulfillment, Installation, Global Supply Chain and Engineering.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has fluent English, with strong MS Office and Smartsheet skills to manage schedules and reporting. The position begins with a 6-month contract via Adecco Consulting, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with capital project processes and manufacturing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for Capital Projects and ensure technical reqs and schedules are met.
• Coordinate interfaces across Fulfillment, Installation, Global Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Manage project schedules and reporting using Smartsheet.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and workflows to support project execution.
• Apply engineering knowledge to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support Kaizen events and roadmap activities for capacity ramp-up.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of CAPEX activities.
