Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 or equivalent certification such as IELTS/TOEFL)
• Experience in ESL, training, or communication‑heavy roles preferred
• Comfortable handling adult learners or professional conversations
• Willingness to align with LanguageCert C2 certification
• University graduate (any 4‑year course)
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes
• NBI or Police Clearance

Required Teaching Setup

• Laptop or desktop (Intel i5 8th Gen or higher, at least 8GB RAM, CPU score 3500 or above)
• External 1080p webcam and noise‑canceling headset
• Wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with at least 15 Mbps backup
• Mobile hotspots are not accepted as primary or backup connection
• Power backup capable of supporting at least 8 hours of teaching
• Quiet, professional teaching environment
