Quipli is hiring an Onboarding & Data Entry Assistant (Contract) to help equip rental businesses with our SaaS platform. This remote role involves collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to activate top customers and ensure a smooth onboarding.

You will customize configurations, support new company launches, and engage with CEOs and founders to guide them through setup. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join our fast-growing team and play a key role in helping equipment rental businesses get up and running with our industry-leading software! In this role, you will:

• Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers.
  
• Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  
• Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer.
  
• Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience.
