Harding+ on cruise ships seeks a Watch Sales Specialist to deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard. You will welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces that fit their style, occasion or collection.

You will introduce brands, explain features and value, and assist guests through high‑value purchases while supporting events and stock management for the boutique. Enjoy travel and world‑class training with Harding+.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high‑value purchases.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces relevant to style and occasion.
