EFFY Jewelry is expanding its shipboard team and seeking Jewelry Sales Associates to live and work onboard luxury cruise ships for 6‑month contracts. You will represent a renowned jewelry brand with 150+ boutiques across 10 cruise lines, delivering high‑end service and storytelling to guests worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring energy, charisma, and professionalism, with experience in luxury sales, strong communication, and a passion for performance in a travel‑rich environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and engaging personality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell EFFY’s fine jewelry collections to cruise guests.
• Host engaging jewelry seminars and onboard events.
• Build strong guest relationships through personalized service.
