Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and drive day-to-day performance at a fulfillment site. You will mentor managers, coordinate with HR, Finance, and Safety, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and nights as needed. You will be pivotal in shaping operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field; strong quantitative background.
• Experience in an operational or logistics role with team management.
• Ability to define program requirements and use data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, address issues, and boost site performance.
• Analyse shift performance and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security teams.
• Design and deliver initiatives across sites to improve performance.
