Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced OMS delivery leader to steer cross‑functional teams through large‑scale order‑management transformations across regions. You will guide system design, integrations, and rollout activities spanning order lifecycle, inventory, returns, and fulfillment orchestration.

The role demands hands‑on OMS delivery expertise, strong commerce integration knowledge, and delivery‑leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software‑engineering or commerce‑platform experience with hands‑on OMS delivery
• Experience leading or coordinating complex order‑management implementations
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and integration patterns
• Experience with OMS solutions involving marketplace, warehouse, and logistics systems
• Knowledge of order lifecycle management, inventory orchestration, and returns processing
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud‑based architectural principles
• Experience with distributed teams and agile delivery structures
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage delivery governance
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery leads to define project scope and technical approach

• Oversee implementation of order lifecycle processes, returns, refunds, and pre‑order workflows
• Ensure consistency of architectural standards, quality assurance, and technical documentation
• Support feature planning, sprint execution, and release management processes
• Mentor team members on functional and technical OMS practices
• Perform issue triage, risk mitigation, and status reporting during rollout phases
