About the Role

As our Office Administration Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors regarding office and administrative matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on office, facility, and administrative topics
  • Organize reception, office facilities, and company documentation
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., office supplies, equipment)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including prioritizing daily mail
  • Coordinate customer and guest visits, including logistics, accommodation, catering, and bookings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging office environment

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office, facility, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
