Job summary

Experis is seeking an Offensive Security Lead Expert for 100% remote work. You will contribute technically to Cybersecurity client projects, performing hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting. Leadership and team management are essential as you guide security improvements and communicate findings to stakeholders.

The role requires deep web app/security knowledge, OWASP Top10 expertise, and familiarity with MITRE/OSINT Red Team methods, plus relevant certifications such as OSCP/OSWE/GPEN.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dev / ITSec conducting penetration testing projects.
• Knowledge of security issues at a technical level.
• Knowledge of solutions to prevent or mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of application security verification standards.
• Deep understanding of networking, protocols and operating systems.
• Deep understanding of how web applications work (backend to frontend).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top10 concepts.
• Knowledge of Red Team methodologies (MITRE, OSINT, etc.).
• Strong consulting and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• OSCP, OSWE, GPEN certificate or similar.

Your key responsibilities

As an Offensive Security Lead Expert, you’ll contribute technically to Cybersecurity client projects and internal projects. The role involves hands‑on testing, analysis, and reporting.
