Job summary

Apna invites Odia-speaking participants for a remote, one-time voice recording project to train AI speech models. You will audition with a 2-minute recording, then, if selected, contribute about 2 hours of conversational recording from home, interacting with an AI bot across multiple topics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Odia (native or near-native) is required.
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently in everyday and professional topics.
• Capable of natural, unscripted conversation without scripts.

Responsibilities

• Record a 2-minute audition sample from a quiet environment.
• Complete 2 hours of conversational voice recording from home if selected.
• Interact with an AI bot across various topics during sessions.
• Speak roughly 70% of the conversation with detailed responses.
• Participate in multiple short sessions, ~10 minutes per topic.
