Job summary

Arctic Engines in collaboration with Apna Group is seeking fluent Hindi speakers for a remote, one-time voice recording project to help train AI speech models.

Audition involves a 2-minute sample; selected candidates will record 2 hours from home, discuss various topics, and provide natural, detailed responses with NDA in place.

Compensation is Rs 500 per hour, up to Rs 1,000 for 2 hours of recording.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi with native or near-native proficiency.
• Comfortable speaking naturally and spontaneously, not reading from a script.
• Prior experience in voice recording, voice-over, or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record a 2-minute audition sample in a quiet environment.
• Complete 2 hours of conversational voice recording from home if selected.
• Interact with an AI bot across diverse topics and maintain natural conversation.
