Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Service Sales Manager to strengthen strategic customer partnerships across the Nordics. The role focuses on growing service contracts, renewals, and value-added offerings while meeting commercial targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Primary locations include Warsaw or Szczecin, Poland, with travel up to three days twice a month. The successful candidate will leverage Salesforce and industry knowledge to drive sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial and sales experience in services or long-term contracts.
• Experience in customer relationships, contract negotiations, and value-based solutions.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial approach to value creation and growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and renewable energy sector.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Own and deliver service sales targets through renewals, upselling, and new contracts.
• Develop account strategies aligned with customer needs and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and optimize commercial performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure sustainable service agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, technical, legal and finance teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to grow market share.
